The motivation behind Frangipani Villa inspired by travelers who expressed a gap in the accommodation options available in Phnom Penh, particularly pleasant establishments in which to relax and meet with friends.
Frangipani Villa is a newly renovated 1960s (Golden era) building, offering a beautifully restored example of modern Khmer architecture with a pleasant café within a quiet, safe and pleasant environment in the centre of the city. Our hotel makes an ideal base from which to explore all services in the city.
Renovations by local architect and landscape architect aimed to restore original foundations and utilized locally produced materials and labor to create a harmonious atmosphere. Local staffs are mostly hired from the local NGO; FRIENDS and Pour un Sourire d’Enfant, working to support street children and marginalized community members through informal education and training programs. Frangipani Villa is committed itself to protect children from all forms of abuse and to fight against sex tourism.
Our Restaurant features Khmer and European cuisine, as well as a selection of coffee and tea. You can enjoy all meals and breakfast as early as 07:00 o’clock or even earlier based on your request.
